How We Do It

FUSE NETWORK SELECTS KSL MEDIA FOR MEDIA MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Move signals new aggressiveness in the music television marketplace

New York, July 9, 2004 – Fuse, the nation’s only viewer-driven, all-music network, selected KSL Media for media management services including media strategy, planning, and buying. The youth and music oriented cable network’s decision was based on KSL’s creativity, passion, and understanding of Fuse’s trade and consumer communication goals.

The assignment was won after a three-month review process. KSL Media’s experience servicing Entertainment and Media clients such as BBC-America and Studios USA translates well to Fuse’s overall marketing strategy. Fuse will focus on creating a buzz about the network by reaching both the advertising trade in NY as well as its core 12-34 year-old tech-savvy young adult viewers. KSL Media will help Fuse accomplish their goals through multiple media channels including targeted television, out of home, print, and other alternative outlets. KSL will work in close partnership with Fuse’s advertising agency, Amalgamated, to insure a fully integrated campaign from start to finish.

“KSL has demonstrated a combination of strategic insights and street smarts,” said Mary Corigliano, Vice President of Marketing for Fuse. “A brand such as Fuse needs to stay on the leading edge of media, and with KSL we hope to exceed our expectations to do just that.”

“We have worked tirelessly to land this prestigious assignment, and we’re proud to add Fuse to our roster of Entertainment clients,” said David Sklaver, president of KSL Media New York. “Fuse is exactly the type of client who we attract and grow with; entrepreneurial and smart.”

The account will be serviced out of KSL’s New York office.
